Match sheet entry made easier
Verious updates have been made to make entering match data easier.

Incorporated in version 3.96.20
Check for players being entered on a match sheet too many times when the match template is in use.
Display away player list on match sheet when click an away box (same for home).
Match sheets have expanded; the number of sessions is now increased to 12.
