Help is blank

When the help file (UniversalLeagueManager.chm) is run, either from within the UniversalLeagueManager or externally (by clicking on the chm file) the contents and/or the details of the help file are blank. It might look something like this:

The solution is to right click on UniversalLeagueManager.chm (using windows explorer or another file manager) and select properties. Then click on the option to unblock the file. The contents of the help file should now be able to be viewed.
