Users can now define their own styles.

3.95.22 now allows users to define their own styles using the website presentation form.
This is a very powerful way to display in any format a user chooses; maybe too powerful in the wrong hands.
Also, updates to Bing map references have been added for venues.replacing 'bing.com/maps/default.aspx' with 'www.bing.com/mapspreview'.
