Updates to player stats
Version 3.95.21 sees updates to bonus points and doubles partners counting in the player stats.

The following updates have been added to enhance doubles stats, match sheet entry and league table display:
- Addition of options to count/not count bonus points in the stats, to the match template.
Addition of option to count either both doubles partners or just the first named to the match template.
Wider match entry form for all leagues, enabling longer names to ve seen on one line.
Bold bottom x teams in a division.
